All American Bacon.
The starting point is the flavor people already love, made more versatile. A turn of the grinder should feel right at home on a weeknight dinner or a late-night snack.

PRESENTED BY UNCULTURED SWINESTHE PIGS BEHIND BACON DUST
We’re Sean O’Neill and Grant Hemmingway. We thought bacon deserved more than a cameo on a baked potato.

HOW THE DUST STARTED
We wanted to bring it to the center of the table.
Bacon bits had a familiar job: sit on top of something else. We saw room for a different kind of bacon seasoning—one you could grind over the food you already love, from a fine dust to a chunkier bite.
So we started building the flavor, the grinder, and a brand with enough personality to make an everyday meal feel like more of an occasion.
FLAVOR FIRST. DETAILS MATTER.
The starting point is the flavor people already love, made more versatile. A turn of the grinder should feel right at home on a weeknight dinner or a late-night snack.
Grant led early grinder testing, putting roughly seven or eight mechanisms through their paces for grind consistency and durability. The goal: make using it part of the fun.
Sean leads brand and partnerships; Grant leads product and supply chain. We bring those sides together around one simple idea: give everyday food a little more personality.
TWO FOUNDERS. ONE VERY SPECIFIC OBSESSION.

THE STORY, THE SWAGGER, THE HANDSHAKE.CO-FOUNDER · PRODUCT & SUPPLY CHAIN
Turns the idea into a product people can use. From grinder mechanisms to the supply chain behind them, Grant keeps the details working as hard as the flavor.
